The school district employee family assistance program (EFAP) and wellness committee are hosting a health and wellness fair for all district employees on Feburary 9 & 10.

All sessions are run by health care professionals and involve interactive tests, information, and counselling.

RSVPs are required for the heart health profile sessions. Otherwise all other sessions are on a drop-in basis, no registration required. These include: exercise information, smoking cessation, nutrition counselling, stress reduction, and much more!!
