Ride the School Bus? Haven't Yet Applied for a Bus Pass?
An important part of how our transportation department supports families and provides a safe ride to and from school is bus passes. All students who need school bus transportation this school year, and are eligible based on the walk limits or who need accessible (formerly special needs) transportation, must apply for a bus pass.
If your child needs and is eligible school bus transportation and you have not already applied for a bus pass for 2022-2023, parents/guardians must apply online as soon as possible.
Students are required to scan their bus pass every time they get on or off the school bus. Bus passes help us notify families if the bus is running late and other emergency communications. If a student frequently fails to present their bus pass, they may be denied school bus transportation.
Have a lost or damaged bus pass? Contact the transportation department (250) 287.8808 or your school office to get a replacement pass. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a replacement fee of $10.
