Evidence shows that screen time and Internet use are affecting children and youth, and DPAC wants to help parents have more digital literacy and internet safety knowledge.

🏃♀️🏃♂️ The cross-country season is officially underway! Students from several schools across the district – along with runners from Campbell River Christian School and École Mer et Montagne – kicked off the season at Southgate Middle School on October 7. The grades 3-8 runners showed incredible effort and sportsmanship as they tackled the course and cheered each other on to the finish line. 👏 Thank you to Southgate Middle School for hosting and to all the staff and volunteers who helped make the event a success.
