PAC Chocolate Fundraiser Fall 2023

The first Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) fundraiser of the 2023-2024 school year is here!  On Thursday, October 5th each student will be sent home with one case of nut free chocolates to sell.  Please note the new price this year of $5 per bar (30 in each case).  The goal is to sell as many or all chocolates in the case.  We completely understand if you do not wish to participate in this fundraiser and we ask that you inform your child's teacher in advance to prevent a chocolate case from being sent home.

If you are returning any cases (full or partial), please do not write on the box.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  We are looking for a few parent volunteers to help distribute to classrooms on October 5th.  Please email pac@oceangrove@gmail.com if you'd like to help out.

PAYMENT:  You may send an e-transfer to pacoceangrove@gmail.com once you have completed selling.  You may also return exact cash/cheque (payable to Ocean Grove PAC) with your child in an envelope clearly labelled with your child's full name and teacher's name.  Your child may return any remaining boxes and money to the office.

RETURN DATE:  All money raised must be submitted by Thursday, October 19th.  If you have unopened cases or a few chocolate bars you would like to return, these can be returned to the school office.

This fundraiser has been a huge success in the past and lots of fun for the students.  Thank you in advance for all of your support!
