We are honoured to invite our school community to a special Indigenous Day Celebration on Monday, June 23, hosted in collaboration with members of the Klahoose First Nation.
The day will begin at 11:00 AM with an Opening Ceremony and Assembly, led by Georgina and Jenn Harry, featuring speeches and cultural sharing.
Event Schedule:
- 11:00 AM – Opening Ceremony & Assembly
- 12:00 PM – Lunch provided by the School PAC (Chili will be served)
- Before or After Lunch – Cultural Stations (exact timing to be confirmed)
Cultural Stations May Include:
BBQ Salmon Demonstration

This is a meaningful opportunity for students and families to engage with Indigenous culture, traditions, and teachings. We look forward to sharing this day of learning, respect, and celebration with you.
