Campbell River schools have been invited to participate in the Shoreline Orthodontics Tri-K Triathlon on May 26. Below are some of the ways Campbell River Schools can get involved.

  1. Al Pullin Trophy for Schools:

The Al Pullin trophy will be awarded annually to the school that supports the Tri-K Triathlon by encouraging participation (students, staff, families, and friends) in the event, promoting active lifestyles.  Remind everyone to select your school upon registration.

  1. T-shirt Contest:

Design this years Tri-K T-shirt!  Open to students ages 5-13 years.  See details and HERE

  1. Volunteer

Volunteering is another great way to get involved.  Perhaps students need some volunteer hours for Graduation - perhaps this is an area of interest but you want to see what it looks like before participating - maybe you do it every year but are working through some injuries that are limiting your participation.  Check out how to volunteer HERE.

  1. Participate!

Registration is now open, give it Tri!  Multiple registration opportunities for ages 4 years old to 110 years.  There is something for everyone, if one of the areas is not your strength there are options to only do parts of the event too.
