BC Children's Hospital "Jean Up" Fundraiser Update

Today marks halfway in our Jean up Fundraiser and Pod Challenge! To make things fun and interesting the top 3 cash collecting classes got to dump a garbage can full of cold water on 3 of our very good sport staff members Mr. Munsie, Mr. Barrett, and Mr. Bryant!!

The top 3 classes in order were: Mrs. Ross, Mrs. Padington, and Ms. Grundle!!!

We still have a long way to go to reach our goal of $1500 so all donations are very much appreciated! ALSO, not only will the winning POD get a prize BUT the winning class will also get a special fun surprise like this BUT EVEN BETTER!!!

Although BC Children's Hospital has discontinued their “Jean Up” Fundraiser, we are still able to create our own Jean Up fundraiser through BC Children’s Hospital. Starting today, May 14th to May 30th, we will be raising money for BC Children’s Hospital! Let’s help kids get out of their hospital gowns and back into their jeans! 

Throughout these two weeks students can donate by either, giving cash to their homeroom teacher, or donating online using the link to our school’s fundraising page: https://secured.bcchf.ca/registrant/FundraisingPage.aspx?registrationID=5517359&langPref=en-CA 

Because this is a POD CHALLENGE, if you are donating online, make sure that you add your pod colour to the “Display Name” section or email the office with your pledge amount and pod colour. Everyone in the winning pod will get a prize!  

Be sure to “Jean Up” on May 30th to show your support!!

Our goal is to raise $1500!
