Electronic Payments

While our school can’t accept credit card payments, we can accept payments by eTransfer (EFT).  EFTs allows a person to transfer funds via online banking to southgate.accounting@sd72.bc.ca - Not the general email for attendance and inquiries (southgate@sd72.bc.ca).

EFTs should be sent to the following email address:

southgate.accounting@sd72.bc.ca   

A password is not required as the school is setup to receive auto-deposits.  

**If you are prompted for a password, there is an error in the email address entry**

In the notes section of the EFT, the sender must include: 

• The student’s first and last name 
• Teacher
• The purpose of the payment (i.e.: Band trip to Victoria for Janie Doe (student) / Ms. Fischer to Velocity for John Doe (student) / $15 or $30 Gator Den Card for Sally Sue (Student), etc.)
