Electronic Payments

While our school can’t accept credit card online payments, we can accept payments by eTransfer. ETransfer allows a person to transfer funds via online banking. 

eTransfers should be sent to the following email address:

southgate.accounting@sd72.bc.ca   (NOT southgate@sd72.bc.ca)

A password is not required as the school is setup to receive auto-deposits.  

**If you are prompted for a password, there is an error in the email address entry**

In the notes section of the eTransfer, the sender must include: 

• The student’s first and last name 
• Teacher
• The purpose of the payment (ie. Band trip, Teacher - Field Trip, Gator Den Card, etc.)
