 As a precaution, Quadra Elementary is under a hold and secure. This is NOT A LOCKDOWN. Normal activities are continuing within the school. For everyone’s continued safety, no one can enter or exit the school during a hold and secure. We will let you know as soon as the hold and secure is lifted.
