Dr. Jeremy Morrow
Superintendent of Schools/CEO
Appointed superintendent of schools and CEO on November 1, 2018, Dr. Morrow has significant educational and administrative experience, including K-12 leadership experience in both urban and rural settings.
He holds a Doctor in Education in Educational Leadership from Simon Fraser University, has completed the University of British Columbia’s Transformative Educational Leadership program, and has a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix.

Kevin Patrick, CPA, CGA
Secretary-Treasurer/CFO
As chief financial officer, Kevin oversees all business, finance and facility operations for Campbell River School District.
Together with the superintendent he works with the Board of Education to implement their strategic plan and advises them on a wide range of business and policy matters.
Morgan Kyle
Associate Superintendent
As associate superintendent, Morgan provides leadership in administration and instructional programs for students and supports the following schools/programs: Cedar Elementary, École des deux Mondes Elementary, École Willow Point Elementary, Pinecrest Elementary, Quadra Elementary, Ripple Rock Elementary, Sayward Elementary, Surge Narrows School, École Phoenix Middle School, Carihi Secondary, Robron Centre, eBlend, Alternate Programs, and Continuing Education.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies, and a Bachelor of Education both from the University of Regina.
Philip Cizmic
Associate Superintendent
As associate superintendent, Philip provides leadership in administration and instructional programs for students and supports the following schools: Georgia Park Elementary, Ocean Grove Elementary, Penfield Elementary, Sandowne Elementary, Southgate Middle School, Timberline Secondary and StrongStart Programs.
He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Arts with honours and his teacher education from Simon Fraser University.
