UPDATE 8:21 a.m. Only Georgia Park Elementary and Southgate Middle School are currently without power this morning, November 6. It is anticipated that power will be restored to those schools soon. Schools are open as usual. Please use extra caution when travelling this morning due to the weather and road conditions. 🐻 + 🐟 + 🌲 = lots to discover! Mrs. Carly’s Grade 3/4 students at Penfield Elementary have been exploring the connections between bears, salmon and our local ecosystems. Through research, artwork, habitat dioramas and real bear research artifacts, students brought their learning to life. They then turned their classroom into a museum to share what they discovered with other students and their families. 🐾🎨 What a creative way to learn about the natural world around us! 🌿 #CRSD72 #LearningInAction
