Highlights: Board Meeting Nov. 25, 2025

The Campbell River Board of Education regularly meets throughout the school year. Below is a summary of the highlights from the November 25, 2025 public meeting.

Pinecrest Classes Dig In to Learn With Fall Daffodil Planting

Pinecrest Elementary students in Mrs. Robertson's grade 3/4 class, Mrs. Quinn's grade 4 class, and Mr. Majic's grade 4/5 class got their gardening shovels and gloves on to plant daffodil bulbs this fall.

Grade 10 PE teachers receive updated CPR, AED and naloxone training

Grade 10 physical education teachers across the district received updated training in CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) use, and naloxone on November 6.

Smooth Reading Starts with Small Words

You play an important role in your child’s learning and helping your child become a confident reader doesn’t have to take extra time. You can fit simple word practice into everyday moments while driving to school, waiting in line, cooking dinner, or reading together at bedtime.

Carihi’s Wellness Fair brought lots of learning and positive energy to the school on November 19! 💚 Students explored hands-on activities, local supports and simple ways to look after their wellbeing.
