Remembrance Day Assembly

We will be having our Remembrance Assembly on Monday, November 10 at 1:00.  You are welcome to join us in the gym. 

All classes have been learning about why we have Remembrance Day and also about Indigenous Veteran's Day which is recognized on November 8th. 

At our assembly there will be some additional teachings, the choir will sing, Mrs. Zumkeller / How's class will read a poem, and three other students will read Flander's Field.  Tina Gordon will play Last Post on the trumpet and we will recognize a moment of silence.  We will also have some special guests joining our assembly. 

All students have been helping to make a class wreath which will be presented by two members of their class and every student will receive a poppy to take home. 

We are looking forward to a memorable gathering.
