Student Led Conference

Student Learning Conferences Thursday, May 1st, 2025. School will not be in session for students on Thursday, May 1st, except for students who are attending their conference meeting. 

Your child’s teacher will be emailing their families with instructions and details on the format they are using for the conferences.  In these meetings, students are showcasing their work and learning accomplishments and should be in attendance with you. These meetings may take place with more than one family in the room. Please try and limit your family group to parents/guardians and your child leading their conference. If you would like a confidential meeting to discuss private matters with your child’s teacher, please make a separate appointment.

The general schedule for appointments occurs during the day on Thursday, May 1st. We are looking forward to seeing you at the Student Learning Conferences. Please know that you can reach out to your child’s teacher at any point in the year to request updates on your child’s learning. We realize that the conference schedule may not work for everyone. Please let your child’s teacher know if you require an alternate appointment.
