Dear Parents and Guardians, As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we’d like to share information about school supplies for students at Sayward Elementary. To make things easier for families, the school will once again be purchasing supplies in bulk for all students. This ensures consistency in materials and helps reduce overall costs. Supply Fees: Kindergarten: $40 per student Grade 2 – Grade 5: $45 per student Payment Options: Cash – Please send exact change in a sealed envelope labeled with your child’s name. Cheque – Payable to Sayward Elementary School E-transfer – Send to sayward@sd72.bc.ca Please include your child’s name in the comment section so we know who the payment is for. 🔔 Important E-transfer Dates: E-transfers will be accepted until September 30, 2026. If you prefer to purchase your own school supplies, please request a supply list from the office. Colourful Run Get ready to unleash your energy at the vibrant Colourful Run on Sunday, June 14! Walk, jog, or run the fun-filled route - no timing or competition, just good vibes. Afterward hit the Splash Park for the afterparty with snacks, music, and a giant foam pit! Check-in opens 9 a.m, race starts 9:30 a.m. Registration $5 per person ages 6+, free for ages 0-5. Open to all ages!
