How to Solve a Concern at School

Our prime goal is to make sure each child is progressing at school. Parents who are concerned about their child’s progress or educational program are asked to meet with the classroom teacher first to resolve any questions.

If the concern is more of a general nature or is not resolved by speaking with the classroom teacher, parents are encouraged to discuss the matter with the principal or vice-principal.

Questions or Concerns Regarding School Bus Service

If you have a concern about student behaviour on the school bus, we ask that you first contact the principal at your child’s school so that there can be an attempt to resolve the issue at the school level. Should your concern be with driver conduct or school bus service, please contact the head bus driver at (250) 287-8808 and submit something in writing, addressing your concern to transportation@sd72.bc.ca.
