DPAC meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the school board office, 425 Pinecrest Road unless otherwise posted. Meeting is open to all DPAC reps from every SD72 school.

Parents and grade 5 students considering going into Late French Immersion for grade 6 in September 2026 are invited to an information session on January 22 at 5:30 p.m. at École Phoenix Middle School, 400 7th Avenue Campbell River.

Everyone is welcome to attend either in-person or through the online live stream link that will be added here the Friday before the meeting. A recording of this meeting will be posted, usually within 24 hours from the meeting, on the district's YouTube channel.
