Earlier this month, our #CRSD72 superintendent paid a visit to the bright young minds at Pinecrest Elementary 🏫. With a book in hand, "What to Do With a Problem," they dove into a story that sparked an engaging conversation on tackling challenges head-on. 📚💭 The classroom buzzed with insightful thoughts and reflections on this social topic, proving that our students are not just learning to read, but reading to learn. Here's to nurturing socially responsible thinkers! 🌟📖 #PinecrestPride #FutureLeaders #booklearning [Image: Superintendent Geoff Manning sits in a red armchair beside bookshelves and in front of a group of children sitting on the floor. Let's hear it for the spirited Cedar Elementary School, Campbell River BC students who found delight amidst November's blustery winds! 🍃🌀 They've turned leaf-tossing into a game, laughing as the leaves clung to the backstop before dancing away with the changing breezes. It's moments like these that remind us joy is all around, even in a whirlwind! 🍁👧👦 #JoyfulLearning #PlayfulWind #natureisourplayground [Image: 10 students throwing orange fall leaves against the wire fencing of a baseball backstop and watching the leaves "stick" until the wind gust subsided, making them fall to the ground]
