GRAD WALK-DOWN NOTES - DUE NOW. 
Walk-down notes are read as you cross the stage at convocation, these notes should be no longer than 3-4 sentences and need to be written in 3rd person with your preferred pro-noun.    You will need to be signed in under your student ID to fill out this form: https://forms.office.com/r/ZyKDncS2ce

BOTTLE DRIVE FUNDRAISER
PROM TICKETS ON SALE UNTIL FRIDAY, MAY 30TH! 

Permission forms are required before the purchase of prom tickets, forms are available at the office. 

COMMENCEMENT TICKETS 
Commencement tickets are on sale now, these are a physical ticket and must be picked up in person. 
Grads will be given 2 complimentary tickets and are able to purchase up to 3 additional tickets at $10.00 each until May 30th.  Starting Monday, June 2nd, all remaining available tickets will be open, without limit, at $10.00 per ticket/each - first come, first serve.     Past years we have had enough tickets to accommodate all family sizes so we do anticipate this again this year. 
Commencement will be held in the Rod Brind'Amour Arena at Strathcona Gardens on Wednesday, June 25th. 
Doors open at 4:00pm,  Ceremony begins at 5:00pm   (approx. 3 hours, may run longer as we do have 200 graduates this year). 
Please enter through the side door off of the parking lot.  Grads will enter the front door off of Pinecrest Rd and wait in the lobby area until the ceremony begins. 
Parking:
Strathcona Gardens has limited parking available with ongoing construction.  We ask that families without mobility issues please use the parking lots at:  
St. Peters Anglican Church
CR Christian School
CR Baptist Church
They are located directly across Dogwood Street from Strathcona Gardens.   
This will free up the limited parking at the arena for those in need.
