Grad Parent Meeting - Tuesday, October 8th in the MPR at 6:00pm:
We will be hosting a Grad Parent Meeting on Tuesday, October 8th at 6:00pm in the MPR.   Please use the lower parking lot and enter through the main gym entrance to access the Multipurpose Room.  Grad students have attended this information in a grad assembly but are more than welcome to join you if they'd like. 

Grad Parent Exec:
We will be looking for parent volunteers to join our Grad Parent Exec for the year.   First Grad Parent Exec meeting is TBD, an email will follow within in the next couple of weeks. 

Communication:
Students are reminded to check the Carihi Grads TEAMS page, Daily Announcements and this Grad Information & News page.  
Newsletters will also be sent out periodically with updates. 

Poinsettia Fundraiser  

The first grad fundraiser has started!
Poinsettias are on sale until November 15th online at Carihi Secondary (growingsmilesfundraising.com)

Paper order forms are also available through the office. 
   Online Orders are paid with Credit Card Only
Paper orders can be paid with cash/debit/credit/cheque through the office or e-transfer to carihi.accounting@sd72.bc.ca
          E-transfers must include your name and that it is for the Poinsettia Fundraiser. Also remember to bring your order form
          back to the office before Friday, November 15th at 3:00pm. 

Plant pick up day is Thursday, December 5th from 2:45 to 5:00pm from the MPR. 

You are responsible for getting your orders to your customers, so please plan for this!   Customers can pick up their own orders should they choose but all orders MUST be picked up December 5th as we are unable to store plants after this time.  

Please remind customers wanting to pick up orders, they must do so only during allotted time as school is in session prior to 2:45pm so we will be unable to hand out orders during class time.
