Bus Pass Applications for the 2025-2026 School Year

Families of students who are eligible for school bus transportation based on walk limits – or who require accessible (special needs) bussing – must submit a bus pass application for the 2025-2026 school year.
To ensure your child receives their bus pass for the first week of school in September, please apply by June 27, 2025.
Students living on reserve do not need to apply. They will be registered by the Indigenous education department in partnership with their band office. Returning international students must apply for bus transportation through the international student program.
If your child received a courtesy ridership pass this year, you may apply again after September 30. Courtesy ridership is only approved if there is space remaining on a route after all eligible students have been assigned and is granted on a first come, first serve basis.
Bus routes for the 2025-2026 school year have not yet been finalized. In the meantime, families can refer to this year's posted routes for planning purposes.
Looking ahead, we are introducing a simplified renewal process beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Families will no longer need to reapply each year unless their child changes schools or home address, is transitioning to middle or secondary school, requires accessible transportation, or was approved as a courtesy rider. We hope this change will make things easier in future years.
