IMPORTANT DATES 

November 1, 2025 - First assignments of CLC12 due 

December 16 - 18, 2025 - Grad Photos 

March 1, 2026 - Capstone Project due 

April 1, 2026 – Capstone Presentations due 

June 1, 2026 - All online courses must be complete 

May 30, 2026 - Timberline PROM 

June 23, 2026 - Timberline COMMENCEMENT at Strathcona Gardens 

PROM 

Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 

Ticket cost: Included in fundraising amount. 

This is a Timberline Grade 12 student only event.   

Timberline Prom will be taking place on the evening of Saturday, May 30th starting with photos at the foreshore with family and friends, followed by a dinner, dance, and activities in the Timberline gym for grade 12 students. Times and more details will be communicated to families closer to the date. 

COMMENCEMENT 

Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 

Ticket cost: $10 

Each graduate will receive two (2) complimentary tickets included as part of the commencement fee and may purchase up to four (4) additional tickets. Any remaining commencement tickets, after graduates have had a chance to purchase, will be available to purchase on a “first come, first served” basis mid-June. 

4:00 pm: Doors open 

5:00 pm: Commencement Ceremony begins 

FUNDRAISING: 

Just a reminder that the expectation is that all Grads will participate in fundraising. Each Grad is responsible for $225 in fundraising profit. Fundraisers will be announced on TEAMS and by email as they become available.
