🌊📚🍂 A Day in the Life at Ocean Grove Elementary Last week at Ocean Grove, students were busy learning, exploring, and connecting! ✨ Ms. Sharpe welcomed a grade 4 class into the library, where students searched for new books and settled into reading. 🍂 Grade 1s went on a leaf hunt around the school grounds with Ms. Farrell as they learned why leaves change colour in the fall. They also visited the school garden to enjoy fresh blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and peas before heading back to class to complete leaf reports. 🎨 Meanwhile the kindergarten students enjoyed art and centre time, filling in Ms. Menard’s classroom with creativity. ➗ In Ms. Derouin’s class, students were engaged with place value and number building. 🧁 And to round out the week, Ocean Grove hosted its muffin morning – a warm way to show appreciation for parents and caregivers. Ocean Grove is a vibrant place where curiosity, learning, and community all thrive! 💙 #DayInTheLife #CRSD72 #SD72Learns
