K-8 Communicating Student Learning & Reporting Framework, 2026-2027

The SD72 K–8 Reporting Framework supports consistent and meaningful communication of student learning across elementary and middle schools. Developed collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff, it reflects provincial requirements and local district context.

The framework is designed for both quick reference and deeper guidance. The Reporting Requirements section provides a concise overview of key expectations, while stand-alone sections and appendices offer expanded guidance, practical supports, templates, and report comment examples. Key updates for 2026–27 are highlighted to support consistent implementation across schools.

9-12 Communicating Student Learning & Reporting Framework, 2026-2027

The SD72 Secondary Reporting Framework supports clear, consistent, and meaningful communication of student learning across Grades 9–12. Developed collaboratively through the work of the Secondary Reporting Committee, it reflects provincial requirements, local district context, and the professional knowledge and experience of secondary teachers and administrators.

The framework is designed for both quick reference and deeper guidance. The Reporting Requirements section provides a concise overview of key expectations, while the sections and appendices offer expanded guidance, practical tools, templates, decision-making supports, and descriptive feedback examples across a range of secondary courses.

Built for ease of use, the framework includes a linked table of contents and navigational features that allow users to move quickly between sections and return easily to the beginning of the document.
